Our leading installation staff also attend MasterTech Expo by Mobile Solutions in Tempe Arizonia. MasterTech Expo was created as a comprehensive learning and networking event that intersects multiple disciplines in the automotive aftermarket customization and business spaces. Whether interior trimmers, car audio installation technicians, fabricators, business leaders or visionary entrepreneurs, our audience is broad-reaching, diverse, creative and talented. Our training approach and content is unequaled. Our hand-selected exhibitor partners are the premier companies in their respective industries. Our commitment to a unique and hyper-focused career growth and development experience for MasterTech Expo attendees is the primary motivation to create this event.
All of our Installation Staff at our Ann Arbor location are MECP Certified. The Mobile Electronics Certified Professional Program is the only internationally recognized credential that certifies mobile technology installation technicians and salespeople on automotive information technology, entertainment, navigation, safety and security systems. With more than 50,000 installation technicians tested through the years, the MECP program continues to signify professionalism and expertise in the industry.

We also employ the only currently certified Expert Installation Technician in the entire state. Our Master shop installation manager also holds every certification MECP currently offers. All of which have to be renewed yearly or Bi-yearly. He was also recognized as one of the Top50 Installers of 2025.
What is KnowledgeFest?
KnowledgeFest was founded in 1994 by a group of passionate specialty retailers and reps in the Midwest who saw the value in mobile electronics retailers getting together to share knowledge and experiences. In sharing successes and failures, all participants become better, smarter and more profitable business people. Since that time, KnowledgeFest has grown into a full trade show and educational conference like no other in our industry.
